| JOSEPHINE L. PABALATE | Executive Director | Josephine “Jo” has started the orphanage together with the founders, Engr. Rodulfo and Violeta Niere in June 2006. The orphans have been in her heart since she was young. She has a doctorate degree in education that helps her in directing the ministry and in providing overall leadership in the day to day operation of the orphanage. She connects with the communities, families, the government, other NGOs and supporters. |
| ARLENE V. GETALLA | Social Worker (Part-time) | Mam Arlene is serving as our part-time Social Worker while we are looking for a full-time RSW at the moment. She is a graduate of Mindanao State University and is currently finishing her Masters in Social Work. Mam Arlene is a competent RSW, handling case management and doing our monthly, quarterly and annual reports. |
| LEAH P. NIERE | Finance Officer | Leah “Ging2” has been with HOH since 2015. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Cor Jesu College in Digos City. She was in-charge of HOH Transition House and has later transitioned to Financial Officer in 2017. She responsibly handles the finances of HOH and does all the work related to it. |
| PANIORA M. PELAYO | House Parent | Paniora “Mommy Car” has been with HOH since its inception. She has diligently cared for all the children that have come to HOH. She has dedicated her life to caring for the children. Her heart’s desire is for the children to finish schooling and have a better future |
| AL ROSE B. TELAN | Cook | Al Rose “Mama Ging” is our beloved cook. She has been with us since 2015. She is in charge of meeting the nutritional needs of the HOH children. She diligently prepares the menu, buys the groceries, prepares the meals, serves the food and stores them. |
| MAY GRACE FLORES | Bookkeeper | May Grace “Meg2” is our Bookkeeper. She keeps accurate records and maintains the books of HOH: cash receipts, cash disbursements, journal and ledger. |
| SHEMBERLY REBUTA | Admin Staff | Shemberly “Shem” has been a valuable staff of HOH, assisting the Executive Director in many aspects. She is also in-charge of receiving, recording, documenting and dispensing donated items to HOH, among her other duties. |
| JUNY TAMBUNAN | Junior Staff | Juny has been a resident of HOH since 2012. He assists the regular staff at HOH in their transportation needs by driving the HOH service vehicle. He also helps in house and ground maintenance. |
